Property Inspection

(1 to 1.5 hr)

A property inspection can be booked by:

  • A buyer who has an accepted conditional offer conditional on a property inspection, or
  • A seller who wants their listing to be pre-inspected before hitting the market. 

If you are a buyer and want to see a listing(s), select the appropriate category (number of listings you want to see) to block off the appropriate time slot in Nick’s calendar. You will need the addresses or MLS numbers of each property you want to see. 

Book a general meeting with Nick. This can be used for all general purpose meetings:

  • Buyer Update Meeting: We can review and revise our search as needed. We can review the recent sales to give you a better idea of where the market is at. I encourage my active buyers to book a meeting with me every 2-3 weeks to ensure we’re on the right track.

  • Seller Update Meeting: We can review and revise our marketing campaign and pricing strategies. We can review the recent sales to gain better clarity on what the fair market value is of your property.  I encourage my active sellers to book a meeting with me every 2-3 weeks to ensure we’re on the right track.

  • General Market Update: We can review the current market stats and trends.
